JewelAI (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a management and point-of-sale platform for jewelry and watch stores (“Stores”). This Privacy Policy describes how we and the Stores using our platform collect, use, and protect your personal information.

- Contact information: Name, email address, phone number, and mailing address — collected when a Store creates or updates your customer profile.
- Transaction data: Repairs, orders, layaways, and purchases associated with your customer record.
- Communication preferences: Whether you have consented to receive SMS messages and the timestamp of that consent.
- Usage data: Standard web analytics (page views, session data) if you access any JewelAI web properties.
How We Use Your Information
- To send transactional SMS and email notifications on behalf of the Store (repairs ready, order updates, etc.)
- To maintain your customer record at the Store's direction
- To improve our platform services
- To comply with legal obligations
SMS Communications
Your phone number is used to send SMS messages only when you have given explicit consent. We use Twilio to deliver SMS messages. Your number is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
- Twilio — SMS delivery
- Resend — email delivery
- Supabase — secure database hosting
- Vercel — application hosting
- Law enforcement when required by law
Data Retention
Customer records are retained as long as the Store maintains an active account on JewelAI. You may request deletion of your personal information by contacting the Store directly.
Security
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest) and Supabase Row Level Security to ensure your data is accessible only to the Store that collected it.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Contact the Store where your record is held to make a request.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
